These Terms of Service govern your use of the Whiz Work website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Whiz Work Group Ltd ("Whiz Work", "we", "us", or "our") is a remote staffing company incorporated in Toronto, Canada. We place full-time remote employees into businesses across the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. Contact us at [email protected].

2. Our Services

Whiz Work provides remote staffing services including:

  • Sourcing, screening, and placing full-time remote employees into client businesses
  • Payroll management for placed employees
  • Account manager support and quality oversight
  • Replacement support for placements that are not the right fit

We operate on a monthly subscription model. Services begin upon written or verbal agreement and payment of applicable fees.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 1-week free trial (5 business days) for new clients. The free trial is subject to the following conditions:

  • No credit card is required to begin the free trial
  • The free trial applies to one placement only
  • If you choose not to continue after the trial, no charges will apply
  • Whiz Work reserves the right to withdraw or modify the free trial offer at any time

4. Payment Terms

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise Whiz Work to charge the applicable monthly fee.

  • Full-time placement: from £920 / $1,250 USD per month
  • Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

5. Month-to-Month Terms

Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice to [email protected] before your next billing date. Cancellations received after billing has processed will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Replacement Policy

We offer up to 3 free replacement requests per year. Replacements are subject to availability and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Whiz Work does not guarantee that a replacement will be identical in skills or experience to the original placement.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and role requirements
  • Treat Whiz Work employees with professionalism and respect
  • Not directly hire, solicit, or engage any Whiz Work employee outside of our service arrangement without prior written consent
  • Provide reasonable onboarding support to placed employees
  • Notify Whiz Work promptly of any performance concerns

8. Non-Solicitation

You agree not to directly employ, solicit, or contract with any Whiz Work employee during their placement or within 12 months of the end of their placement, without the prior written consent of Whiz Work. Breach of this clause may result in a placement fee equivalent to 3 months of the applicable subscription rate.

9. SMS Communications

By submitting our contact form and providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Whiz Work Group Ltd relating to your enquiry and service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Whiz Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Whiz Work does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or performance levels from placed employees. We make reasonable efforts to match the right employee to your needs but cannot warrant outcomes.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared in the course of the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, design, logos, and materials is the property of Whiz Work Group Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
